STANDING TRAIN NOTICE 1774 issued 25/10/2016 is AMENDED and RE-ISSUED as below:
MELBOURNE YARD:
NORTH CANAL LEAD NOT AVAILABLE FOR TRAFFIC
Effective forthwith the following alterations will be carried out to exclude Rail Traffic from the North Canal Lead due to derailment.
REVERSING LOOP ----------------------------
Points MYD 105 will be secured in the normal position with a point clip locked with an independent padlock the key to which will be held by the Signal Maintenance Technician.
HOLLAND’S LOOP ---------------------------
Holland’s Loop will be baulked opposite Stop Board 4.
DUAL GAUGE CANAL LEAD ----------------------------------------- (**) - Baulks have been applied to the Broad Gauge track leading to the Dual Gauge Lead approximately 50 metres on the up side of Stop Board 7 and Dwarf Signal APD 26. - Broad Gauge movements are not permitted past Stop Board 7 - The Standard Gauge track leading from Stop Board 7 towards the baulks on the South Canal lead is available for use - Standard Gauge movements are permitted to be granted permission to past Stop Board 7 ,
V/Line Safeworking Circular SW.0126/2016 is cancelled - SW.0130/2016 now refers (**)
