Standing TN1733 issued 25/7/2025 is replaced effective 24/11/2025
Commencing 0001hrs Monday 24 November 2025, amendments to the following operating procedure will come into effect for the Port of Melbourne precinct:

# SECTION 4: Appleton Dock - Driver in Charge
# SECTION 5: LDC Grain Co
# SECTION 6: Common User
# SECTION 7: ACFS
# SECTION 8: Appleton Dock - PoM Wharf
# SECTION 9: Swanson Dock - Local Controlled Points
# SECTION 10: Swanson Dock - Driver in Charge
# SECTION 11: East Swanson Dock
# SECTION 12: Footscray Road Siding
# SECTION 13: West Swanson Dock
Key changes are:
# The Appleton Dock Wharf Siding has reopened and is now known as the ‘AAT Wharf Siding’
# AAT Wharf Siding is now managed by AAT / Qube
# ARTC no longer grant permission to stable within the AAT Wharf Siding
# Driver in Charge is no longer applicable within the AAT Wharf Siding
# Newly installed gate and moved signage is now 48 metres on the Wharf-side of Appleton Dock Rd LX (construction delineation has been removed)
# Common User No. 3 Road is ONLY to be used for runaround and through traffic (stabling is NOT permitted)
# Common User No. 4 Road is used for rail movements arriving into the AAT Wharf Siding
# Procedure for Level Crossing failing to operate correctly revised (Appleton Dock Rd & Dock Link Road South)
# All references to AAT Wharf Siding have been amended to reflect changes
# Update to diagram to reflect changes
