Updated Management of AAT Wharf Siding

Standing TN2076 issued 03/09/2025 is cancelled effective 24/11/2025.
Commencing 0001hrs Monday 24 November 2025, and to be read in conjunction with Standing Train Notice (2661 / 2025), the new management of the now named AAT Wharf Siding within Appleton Dock will come into effect.
AAT Wharf Siding is now managed by AAT / Qube and is now classed as a private siding. This also includes a new Safety Interface Agreement (IA15) and update to the Port of Melbourne Operating Procedure Section 8 to reflect these changes.
Detailed list of changes to ‘SECTION 8: Appleton Dock- AAT Wharf Siding’ are as follows:
# The Appleton Dock Wharf Siding has reopened and is now known as the ‘AAT Wharf Siding’
# All references to AAT Wharf Siding have been amended to reflect changes
# ARTC no longer grant permission to stable within the AAT Wharf Siding
# Wharf operations arriving and requiring stabling are permitted to only on No. 4 Track
# Access to and from Appleton Dock is only via the Appleton Dock Lead
# Newly installed entrance gate and relocated signage is now 48 metres on the Wharf-side of Appleton Dock Rd LX (previous construction delineation has been removed) and marks the interface boundary between AAT / Qube and ARTC
# Procedure for Appleton Dock Road Level Crossing failing to operate correctly revised
# Update to diagram to reflect changes
