Network Information Book : OGW-30-30 Main South C Version 4.2

On the 27th February 2026 ARTC will publish the amended Network Information Book (NIB) for Main South C to version 4.2.
The NIB is available on the ARTC website located at https://www.artc.com.au/customers/operations/nib/
Amendments to OGW-30-30 include:
- Safeworking System updated in section 1.2
- Train Braking Requirements replaced by Route Access Standard reference in section 1.6
- VLine Albury Train Operations and Albury 2 diagram updated in section 2.1
- Wallan text updated in section 2.14
- Benalla, Euroa and Broadford diagrams updated
- Line diagram updated
