AMENDMENT TO ELECTRONIC AUTHORITY - Advanced Train Management System (ATMS)
ATMS Occupancy Rules Table

Commencing 0001hrs on Sunday 16 April 2023 ARTC will introduce an amendment to the ARTC Electronic Authority - Advanced Train Management System (ATMS) Rules. The amendment includes adding Train Running Information (TRI) to the ATMS Occupancy Rules Table, Rule 15.
The purpose of the amendment is to provide clarity regarding the rules of joint occupancy.
Two columns have been added down the right-hand side table and 2 rows added to the bottom of the table to provide clarity when operating using a TRI worksite or TRI Travel.
Three additional rules have been added to support and provide guidance during Joint Occupancy within ATMS.
A note has also been included to give guidance when a TOA or TWA adjoin.
