USE OF TAILEM BEND YARD
- BANKER AND WAGON STORAGE AT UNATTENDED YARD
ONERAIL has advised the following:
The operators Banker or Wagon Storage Program shall be supplied to 1Rail as soon as they are available but preferably two weeks before access is required.
Additional detail shall be supplied as soon as it becomes available i.e., arrival times once train paths are confirmed.
Access shall be confirmed via a call and an Access Form or email to the Dry Creek Shift Coordinator at the email address and on the numbers below 48 hours before access is required.
OPERATIONS:
A Consist shall be emailed or forwarded to the Dry Creek Shift Coordinator details below 48 hours before a train arrives.

A Yard Access Authority shall be taken out in accordance with the ORA Addendum.
As part of the Yard Access Authority instructions will be provided on where to place the banker/wagons.
Place banker/wagon as per instructions.
Close Yard Access Authority before leaving the yard.
QUALIFICATION:
Rollingstock must be accredited to enter Tailem Bend Yard
Drivers must be accredited to work in the yard.
An access agreement must be in place before access is requested.
