On the 14th April 2026 ARTC will publish the amended Network Information Book (NIB) for Vic South West to version 3.0.

- Level Crossings table updated in section 1.11
- Significant km Markings updated in section 1.16- Communications updated in section 1.17
- Wayside Equipment updated in section 1.18
- Maroona location updated in section 2.3
- Westmere location updated in section 2.5- Berrybank location updated in section 2.8- Portland location updated in section 3.1
- Various diagrams updated and Heywood - Portland added
- Line diagram updated

Recipients must ensure this Notice is circulated to and understood by all personnel affected by, or needing to know, its content.
This Notice must be issued to all affected Competent Workers.
Competent Workers who receive this Notice must follow the requirements.
