On the 14th April 2026 ARTC will publish the amended Network Information Book (NIB) for Vic North West to version 3.0.
The NIB is available on the ARTC website located at https://www.artc.com.au/customers/operations/nib/
Amendments to OGW-30-06 include:
- Applicable Rules updated in section 1.3
- Train Braking Requirements updated in section 1.8
- Murtoa Station location updated in section 2.20
- Stawell location and diagram updated in section 2.25
- Maroona Portland line Master Key information added in section 3.3- Note added to Grampians Loop location in section 3.6
- Maroona Portland diagrams updated- Line diagram updated

Recipients must ensure this Notice is circulated to and understood by all personnel affected by, or needing to know, its content.
This Notice must be issued to all affected Competent Workers.
Competent Workers who receive this Notice must follow the requirements.
