General Details / Operating Condition:
From 2330hrs (ACST) on 10th May 2026 and 2200hrs (AWST) on 10th May 2026, ARTC will introduce the National Safeworking Framework (NSF) and permanently withdraw:
- Code of Practice, Volume 3.1 Rules V3.0, and
- ARTC Addendum to the Code of Practice for the Defined Interstate Rail Network V5.2.

After this transition the National Safeworking Framework Rules and Procedures applicable to WA / SA / Western VIC Code of Practice (CoP) Territory will be available on the ARTC website in the current CoP rules information location.

The tables below show the changes to the CoP and ARTC Addendum as part of the NSF Phase 1.
